Look, we get it - broken glass doesn't wait for business hours

Been doing this for over 15 years now, and I can't tell you how many midnight calls I've gotten from folks who hit debris on the 401 or woke up to a smashed window. That's why we actually answer our phones at 3 AM.

Our trucks are loaded and ready to roll within minutes. You'll see exactly where your tech is on the map below - no guessing games, no "we'll be there between 8 and 5" nonsense. Just honest service when you need it most.

Common Emergency Situations We Handle

Yeah, the 401 and DVP are brutal for this. If you can see the chip spreading while you're driving, pull over somewhere safe and call us. Sometimes we can stop it from turning into a full replacement if we catch it quick enough. Had a guy last week save $800 'cause he called right away instead of waiting till morning.

This one sucks, I know. First thing - don't touch anything if it's a break-in, cops might wanna see it. We'll board up your window temporarily if you need to leave before we can replace it. Usually stock the common side windows, so chances are we can fix it same visit. Bring a copy of the police report if you filed one.

Hail damage, falling ice, tree branches - we've seen it all. These Ontario storms don't mess around. If water's getting in, we can at least seal it up temporarily till we get the replacement glass. Insurance usually covers this stuff, so don't sweat the cost too much. We'll document everything with photos.

If your windshield's so cracked you can't see properly, don't risk it. We'd rather come to you than have you drive unsafely. This is what we're here for. Had a nurse finish her night shift last month with a completely spiderwebbed windshield - we met her in the hospital parking lot at 7 AM so she could get home safe.

Recent Emergency Call

"Got hit by flying debris on the Gardiner around midnight. Called these guys and Mike showed up in 40 minutes. Fixed everything right there on the side of the road. Didn't even charge extra for the late hour. Saved my butt because I had to get to Pearson for a 6 AM flight."
